Rediscovered the Justice Friends show-within-a-show in Dexters Laboratory Season 1, and just felt that I had to make a joke about it involving the Rowdyruff Boys.

Idea also inspired by HMontes' old PPG picture on his old account (also used on Rowdyruff.net) that originally used the Puffs with different dialogue.

Here's hoping the Professor isn't too busy to help Ms. Keane with her foster sons...

[UPDATED Mar 25, 2021]: Changed the font from "FOT-PopJoy Std" to "Wild Words". Changed the colors of Boomer's pants, Brick's Puppet Pal Clem hat, Butch's Puppet Pal Mitch hat, the Puppet Pal bat, and background colors. Rearranged the narration boxes while altering the top one. Relocated my Scarred Explorer watermark.
