Reminds me so much of my mother's parrot, only this one doesn't look like he'll rip my ear off (as he did my dad's ... possessive parrot he was) Great photo, the color is so intense! Nice!

Thank you. I think it may be the only good one I got at the bird show. The light was poor and I didn't want to use a flash around loose birds.

how cute. I had a bird the same breed as this one. He was very mean to everyone else but me and he would chase women. One time her cornered the cleaning lady in the bathroom, she had to stand in the tub to avoid him, calling out for me to pick him up.

Since I live alone, this bird will probably be that way too. If there were a variety of people aournd, I could teach it that the flock was bigger. Oh well, probably doesn't matter. There isn't anyone for the bird to chase or bite anyway.
