Pressie for of her kougra, Wildcat =3The inclusion of like every colour in the spectrum was unintentional BTW... X3 Anywho - Yeah, all my Kougra's always look like Disney lionesses ^^ I don't really like how they revamped the Kougra's, but I've always drawn Kougra's Disneyish so yah
I have other pics I need to finish, but I couldn't resist drawing this for her cause she's always so amazingly friendly and sweet *glomps* <3 Hope you like it hun!!

Aww; it's so purdehful, Espers. ^^ I love the lineart. And the body, and the wings. And the background. And all of it. xD But let's focus on the awesomeness of one of those things. Hmm.. the background. o_o I've never understood how people like you can do such awesome, clean individual blades of grass. Is there some big secret technique to this I don't understand? Because it's totally teh_amazing. o_@ And.. the cluds and gorgeous too; but those I could fathom maybe.. smudge tool/paintbrush tool on different opacities? ^__^ Anyway; gorgeous. Whee.

As it happens, there is a big secret to it, although it's not so much of a secret... More of a cheat X3 On Adobe 7.0 there are two grass brushes, one with tufts and one with blades. When you paint with it it alternates the angles of each blade slightly from the last, and switches between the two colours you have selected with each new blade, so it gives a nice randomised, layered look to the grass ^^ Usually it does have a pretty preconstructed look about it though, so I made it a little more toned by using the dodge tool to highlight individual blades here =3 But yeah - it's like a 10 second job
As for the clouds - it was just a case of paintbrush tool all the way with a hint of the burn tool; I've never got on amazingly well with the smudge tool so I hardly ever use it ;3

I love the wings and the face the most. Great job on it. Was it purposely not shaded and the lines not wrapped or vectored or whatever they call it? Just wondering. Some artists do it on purpose. But it does look Wondeva! x3 I'm sure she loves it!

aw. she looks adorable. i love the smooth linework and the disneyish style. Though it does look kinda disney ish you can still tell it's your style. Lovely colors and the setup of the picture is very nice.

Not sure why there aren't any comments here yet, but I really wanted to say something about how much I liked this. I like the elongated thin body style you made, because she looks very sleek and elegant. I really like how you poised her wings too, and the crisp colors. The background is beautiful too, because I love the reds and yellows, the grass details and how the clouds open up.
