What program or programs do you use to color these?

Just photoshop CS. I had CorelDRAW 8, but I never really got used to the layout,so Adobe is my crayon of choice. I have illustrator also, but I'm not ready to try my hand at vector art just yet.

yes, vector is a nightmare. I have tried and given up many times on those. If you really dig vector art and pin-ups as I can imagine you do you should take a peek at Peter Stanick's website at: [link] It is a really fun site. He is kind of carrying the torch for Tom Wesselman. I could see you doing some EssBee Girls in this style.

Yeah, vector is pretty tough, and I have yet to wrap my head around it at all, but Leigh Young's stuff kinda inspires me to go for it. I'll aways be a pencil and bristol vellum kinda guy tho; leopards and spots and all that stuff.
But don't give up on vector, man! Even if U just dabble when U get the notion, one day it's bound to click. My coloring now is leaps and bounds away from when I first started.
