It's not new year yet and I already wanna draw something other than Megaman, this is one of my fav. characters from a game I haven't played yet ;-;

Since his official art is a sprite, I was helped with some fanart and a personal interpretation of his suit, I was gonna include his mechanical wings but I went for a more iconic look first. Now excuse me while I go keep crying on my corner :,3
