I got a shiny phantump and after reading its pokèdex entry this idea just got on my mind......also I was bored....though this make sence!

That's just what I though of it! And I'm sure Drifloon could be the purple man: "Children holding them sometimes vanish" or "takes them to the world of death"
Both Drifloon and Purple M are disguised as something they are't, a balloon and an animatronic. Also, both are purple and shiny Drifloon is yellow, just as the suit purple man used to kill those children!! (G. Freddy or Springtrap) O.o
