Description
Been on a bit of an RWS kick recently. During that time, I revisited two of my favorites from the stories; Edward and BoCo. I mentioned in a previous piece that I see them as being somewhat of father figures to Bill and Ben, as well as others who work on the Brendam Branch, with Edward being a father figure to many other engines on the NWR. The idea of their friendship, and any relationship which could grow from it, compelled me to draw this.

Here, BoCo stops alongside Edward at Wellsworth Station, most likely having come up from Brendam with a goods. They take the time to have a chat, both always enjoying each other's company. While too modest to be overly expressive in their feelings for each other, both do deeply care for each other and will say so whenever they can. And Bill and Ben are quick to tease the two for their shy flirting, while also being very proud to call them "dads."

Hope you all enjoy this! I had a lot of fun drawing these two.
