Description
Another RWS piece. This time with the second engine bought by the first standard gauge line on Sodor; the Sodor and Mainland Railway. Neilson locomotive No. 2 "Neil" was only ever seen in the Railway Series, described through Skarloey as he told the story of his arrival on Sodor. I've always been interested in learning about 19th Century Railways, particularly the locomotives, whose designs were so unique. Neil I felt would be somewhat simple to draw as he is mostly made up of squares and rectangles.

I hope you all like him! I had a good time drawing him. Maybe I'll do one later with him and a certain little Narrow Gauge engine.

(And of course I do not own Thomas the Tank Engine. Thomas and the respective characters belong to their respective owners.)
