Seafoam was barely two years old when he was named deputy by his father, who spurned his old and faithful deputy of several years to make way for his son. When the old and frail Amberstar passed away a few moons later, the newly ascended Seastar plunged the island into a two year reign of chaos.

He believed the warrior code to be the one true way of life, and that every cat of outsider blood was inferior. It was a warrior’s duty to fight and die for his clan, and so Seastar went on the warpath. Seeking to claim the surrounding territory for StormClan, he launched a series of ruthless attacks on the neighbouring clowders, earning the moniker “The Conqueror”. Each victory fuelled his ego, and each word of protest from his tired warriors fuelled his rage.

When the tides of the war began to shift, Seastar increasingly turned his fangs against his own clanmates. Only those who followed his vision were worthy of StarClan’s glory, and those criteria narrowed by the day. In his final days, Seastar found himself betrayed by both his deputy and his sister. Left with only a handful of loyalists against the might of the Resistance, the stubborn warlord met his end fighting for what he believed to be true.

Seven years after his death, his legacy continues to haunt the forest. As his surviving enemies begin dying one by one, The Conqueror’s name sparks terror in the land’s heart once again.
