'cause I felt bad for making a Gimp tutorial and thought I'd make a huge Paint one to make up for it. <3Of course, normally I sketch my things out straight onto MS Paint, but at the time I couldn't be bothered so I just grabbed a sketch I already had. It will work both ways, yepyep.
ANDYEAH. It's a deer. Why did I pick an animal I don't know how to draw as my example? I don't really know. ;_;

I assume you mean like Windows 7 style Paint? I don't actually own that version (I was able to install Vista's Paint when I upgraded to Windows 7) so I don't really know. :S If I had to guess though, it would probably be under Properties on this toolbar: fay.iniminimo.com/paint7/paintβ¦

Thank you for posting this, it helped a lot.
The only problem I encountered was after I clicked black and white then ok. After I did this, instead of there being a solid white line outlining the picture, there were a few pixels here and there where the line should be. Did I do something wrong? Or does my computer just hate me?

Yeah, that doesn't work for Windows 7. That's what I tried to do. I had to download Windows XP paint on my Windows 7 computer for it to work.

I have been searching for a tutorial on actually drawing deer, and I tried copying your drawing for my fist go. I have since added antlers and wings. Would you mind if I uploaded it, of course crediting you for the original image? (I did not trace, I copied from eye) if not, then that's fine!

Oh no, go ahead! I'd love to see it, too. I copy a lot when I'm learning how to draw something. -nodnodnod- Though I'm not exactly a deer expert, so I wouldn't take my drawings of them too seriously. xD;

Yeah ^.^ I found it awesome too, but as I don't use Paint very often (I use a linux system; I only use windows for my iPod) I kinda lean towards GIMP tuts more.

MWaha, both are cool programs if you know how to work them. I just don't really know how to work Gimp very well. xD It's just complicated enough that I get frustrated.
Weeee that's cool. O: Deer stories. I love when there are stories about things that...don't uh...get stories often...|D And mwaha, I might try deer again since they're interesting, but I haven't got a character that's a deer so who knows what'll crop up. xD

I don't know hwo to work the gimp either. Mostly I just download brushes and laugh, manically whilst colouring in linearts etc.

Mwahaha that's about all I can do. xD I think I've only drawn...one thing on there. Actually drawing. I have to do all my drawing on Paint and then do some mad coloring on Gimp if I want to work with that program. xD
Deers are neato. <3 My uncle's a taxidermist and I love looking at his deer mounts and sketching them.

That's lucky! taxidermy is a bit daunting and scary, but it's really useful for art
