It was an XNALara model. You will find plenty of them in the XNA and XPS groups here on dA. Just download a model and pose in the programm like you want. You can export it to an obj file after then in XNA.

I'm a complete newbie to xnaLara....and dA as well. So maybe I'm blind but i can't find any Tali as xna loadable file with anything than "T" pose.
And certainly not in that beautiful pose

The T pose is standard for every XNA model. You had to pose the model by yourself, thats what XNALara is made for it. Its an very easy to use pose program. Just click on the bone names on the left side and move them like you want.
There are pre-preparated poses for download in the XNA groups as well. You can download them and then use the "load pose" button in XNA. Not every pose work for every model, maybe you had to adjust something. Mostly arms are a bit different.
