Something I did a while back, inspired by =ruretto's impossibly amazing work....
ACTUALLY, I should say, I felt all "man I suck at backgrounds and clouds and moons and that kind of stuff in general I SHOULD TRY."
And uh, after browsing through her godly gallery for a day or two, I decided to practice. 8'D;;;
.. But yeah, it didn't turn out that well. @__@ CLOUDS ARE HARD.
Sorry that I haven't been replying to comments or commenting on/faving deviations for quite a while. ;__; I love looking at stuff, it just takes forever to reply to them and and.. and..
/SUPER SHOT'D
x__x;; Geh. SORRY ABOUT THE COLLAB TOO, Kensain. I have no excuses, except for the lame "ablahblah too much homework not enough sleep blah."
-retreats behind homework- >>;; Guuuuilt.
EDIT: Put this in scraps at first, but then moved it back and now I don't know anymore. AHAHAH-- >D;;;

I was sure I commented on this! I said "nice clouds"
Sorry about being dead from dA. Very busy and net died.
Dunno if I told you, I'm doing a bachelor of Psyhchology at coffs harbour.
I'm going to get honours, then go on to do a doctorate. After that, it should be 6 years, I can go into practice as a clinical neurologist. ^_^
How's your life been?

Really? =x; I like the sky the most - the clouds, I think, need more work. BUT THANK YOU.
And you didn't! Though.. ohman, I've always thought psychology was really cool. @__@ Wow. What exactly does a neurologist do? Somehow, I've always thought a neurologist was something like a brain surgeon, but now that you've mentioned psychology.. >> Hrmm. Something to do with the brain's inner workings, emotions, that sort of thing (WHICH SOUNDS REALLY COOL. <33)?
Six years is so looong. XD;; But I'm glad you're able to commit to something like that.
My life's been alright. 8D I had this one period where nothing big really happened, but I was in this "ARGH I WANT TO GET OUT OF HIGHSCHOOL NOW. I'm not doing anything useful. GAHHH-" mood all the time. Not 'emo' or anything, but more like.. restless? Plus friends haven't been doing so well, so.
I'm all good now, though! >> And wondering what to do in the future - it looks pretty intimidating right now.
ALSO I'm going to my first concert in April. =x Really really really excited.
.. Sorry for the onslaught of "OMG THIS AND THIS AND THIS HAPPENED WOW THAT'S COOL." 8D;;; It's been so long! And I've missed talking - er, typing? - to you.

Yeah, I definately remember typing it.
And yeah, I probably like the clouds because all mine inevitably turn to stormclouds accidently.
Though on closer inspection, the colour of that sky is not, in fact, blue, but win.
Whoops! I meant to say neuropsychologist. TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
Aha, a neuropsych is a phychologist who specialises specifically in the treatment of neural disorders. So baisically the same job as a phychiatrist, only where a phychiatrist approaches it from a medical perspective, the neuropsychologist approaches it from a psychological perspective.
It can get REALLY confusing with names, especially since a neurologist has a similar title, but is even MORE medical based, a doctor specialising in the brain, and only looks at it from the perspective of the brain, excluding the mind.
Meaning he or she would completely ignore anything that's unrelated to the actual physical dimension. The only places they'd overlap would be if the neurologist did research on perception, which is a huge part of psychology.
It's not really a choice to commit. After graduating, the options were get a job or keep studying.
It's not a good idea to just drop out. You strike me as a pretty creative and wandery sort, so it'd be a good idea to get a uni degree with a high demand and get a neat job.
There's a saying I heard of, I forget where it's from, obviously somewhere with tons of psych graduates, "You get a degree in psychology to drive a cab".
I found it pretty funny.
But I good absurdly gloomy near the end of high school, it was nuts. Don't worry, it's never as bad as it actually seems at the time.
And the future's never that difficult either. It looks really chaotic and impossible right now, but do your best and let it all work out, and it'll be fine in the end.
Ooooh, neat. What's the band? Not...AC/DC? Please, no?
Nononno, it's really great to be talking again, even though I'm taking forever to write anything, both because it's hard, and because I'm only connected to the internet at uni right now.
My arts gotten tons better since I left home, my linearts probably only a little bit worse than yours now.
AND I'm going home for the easter holidays, meaning I can get my scanner and bring it back, and FINALLY get photoshop working again. For some reason, it always crashes on my new laptops 32 bit windows 7. Do you know why? I don't, I was swearing a blue streak at the thing for days.
And I've become a total Stephen King fan, I've read Misery, Cell, The Shining, and It.
They're really awesome, "It" is probably my favourite book out of all that I've read, it's got this excellant good vs evil and the whole "Unite, my brothers!" feel to it. Excellant story.
I think I'll read most of his other books too, especially Dreamcatcher, Salem's Lot, and the dead zone. Maybe even the dark tower series, I hear it takes inspiration from virtually every piece of fiction in existance. Even though the series is probably bigger than the world books.
