Imagine it like this, a mom and dad already has a daughter who is like 23 a already has a one year old daughter, and the mom is expecting another kid (a boy). That boy is going to be an uncle the to the daughter’s daughter even though he is one year younger.
So to simplify, it doesn’t matter how old you are, as long as your sibling has there own kid, you can become an aunt or uncle
