PIPA and SOPA were shelved indefinatly today(meaning they both will probably be almost completly rewritten and come back in the future), i'd say we've done quite a bit.

but for now, SOPA has been withdrawn completly! PIPA is still on the shelf though. and ACTA is out there, though when changes are actually put into legislation i hope our senetors and representitives call bullshit on that one too.
