There's a little editor's box up in the upper-right, noting the issue that's being referenced-- in Issue 6, the villain of the arc was revealed to be an evil sorceress who looked like Rouge. That's the first version of Rouge that Silver's met, so he assumed it was her.

No, not really. See, on page 15 after truly seeing the ghost, Silver said "She's not even dead!" Leading Sonic to believe that something went wrong with Tikal's healing in issue 11. Silver probably either figured that out on his own or Sonic told him between panels.

you've certainly come a long way with this comic. Been reading from the start which was in black in white and then gained color then you improved and you keep on improving. I can't wait to see how much better your art will become at the end of this comic, not that I'm wishing for the comic to end soon, just wishing you well on improvement. Something all artists strive for. Keep at it!
