I haven't read the comics but I know Nicole originated as an A.I. Does the uniform mean that she made her body out of Nanobots or is it a digital code for a holographic uniform for a holographic body?

In this continuity, her body is made of nanites, and her backstory is completely different from regular Archie Nicole. Archie Nicole is wonderful and super nice and her physical form is holographic.
