If I am not mistaken...and if I am seeing this correctly...It is Sonic talking, unable to comprehend what has happened to him. Shadow may also be speaking, more in an absent-minded way from the trauma of being used to kill his friends, and the trauma of seeing Sonic as a phantom. Just look at his eyes.
