Ah yes, those...and his behavior with Silver's sister far earlier, were the clues that unraveled his true identity.
The only thing keeping him from being who he is now is the physical likeness to his former robot.
I do like the idea that Sonic's essence (his ideals, his beliefs, and what it is that makes him a hero), along with minor factors of age, experience, and repaired body parts, is the trigger that brings Shard into existence. Shard has what Metal never could obtain; he has a heart, a soul.

Sonic in this comic knows the Blaze from the Sol Dimension, which is the Sonic Rush and Sonic Rush Adventure Blaze. This Blaze is the Blaze from his dimension 200 years in the future. While it is Blaze, it isn't the same Blaze from the games, or the one he knows.

As you know there are multiple parallel universes where one takes one path while others take a different route. GOTF silver is in a timeline where there is no iblis, the future that sonic and silver from the iblis future created. I am jus saying what would happen if Sonic told GOTF silver and blaze about the parallel dimension silver and blaze

good point. it was just a thought. especially since throughout the comic so far they have been zones and dimensions to find emeralds and sonic did mention blaze before he met her. Sooner or later, my tragic hero psychology is right, Sonic will have to face his past.
