I can see this happening, since he's unexperienced with his powers and they are unstable, and he uses his hands.

Love the action and coloring 
Β I do have one critique though, and that's with motion of Blaze's attack. To throw Metal Sonic backward like that would be incredibly awkward given her angle. For a backward throw like that the most logical method would be to strike the left side of Metal's face since it's directly in line with her right arm and then use his head to carry his body through the swinging motion. Unless she can get a solid grip on his face from the right side there's really no way she could toss him like that and even then it'd be easier to grasp him on the other side.Β
I do understand your reasoning though, because when struck from the other side the audience can't see she's melting his face with the attack. Perhaps that's not a negative though?Β The ending panel gives a clear shot of the damage on this face so the idea could still come across, just maybe not as clearly.Β
Anyway, I hope though found this somewhat useful. It's cool to watch your art change and improve over the years and I look forward to seeing more from you in the future .

You're completely right-- my goal was to show that his face got melted in the same place she was clawed, but I could have led to that with better choreography.Β This one got the short end of the stick 'cause we're tight on time in the remainder of the issue... someday we'll hopefully get to see Blaze do her thing properly!

Literally spent two hours binge reading all 17 issues of this. It's really well done. Story's great and really different to anything else I've seen, and the art is awesome as well. Keep up the great work!
