Issue two, Page ten!Too... lazy... to... shade... spheres...! And I just realized I spelled "spheres" wrong in the last panel. Shazbot.
If you call yourself a sonic fan, but can't recognize this bonus stage, shame on you. In my opinion, this, one of the stages from Sonic 3 (and Sonic and Knuckles), is the best SEGA has ever created. What you have so do is collect all the blue spheres by running through a maze to get the emerald. It's a lot harder than it sounds.
And lo! Silver is in his official costume! don't worry, this will be explained... later.

i know this sounds odd, as everyone thinks of this as the other way around, but i found this type of special stage harder than the elusive ones in sonic 2.

extremely hard if you don't know your way around, even though most of the time it was the same general passage recycled in different patterns(though sometimes that made it even more confusing for me)
