Issue 5, page 23.ISSUE END! *does a little dance*
For those of you who guessed right, congrats! It's Rouge, playing the evil "Sorceress of the Black Isle"! A very minor Arabian Nights character, but still pretty cool. And look what she's got...!
I'm really happy to get a chance to use Rouge-- she's one of the characters I've worked with the least.
