The page layout and coloring are great. The only thing I would change, if you allow me to say such, is the typography. There are websites in which you may find fonts that are made specially for comic book reading, and they are for free( visit [link] to have access to thsoe fonts). Comic Sans MS and Matisse ITC aren't exactly the best choices for readability, though I understand you might be using the second one to express Rouge's "insanity" or "supremacy".
I'd suggest "Letter-o-matic" font for dialogue and, perhaps "Deathrattle" to express Rouge's power. Don't take this personally, after all, it is just my opinion.

I loved that show. (Had it all on tape.) And Rouge is more than mobian now, (or less), so I'm surprised she's still wearing her high heels, and they weren't vaporized along with the rest of her outfit.
I don't think Darkwing is gonna end up a prisoner in her own lamp forever like the Erazor Jinn, but she is gonna end up someone's servant I'd wager with as much freedom as will as Blaze's counter part had when enslaved to her. (Thinking about it now, I don't know if Prime Blaze would be disgusted or envious of the 'Ghosts' Blaze.)
