Not only is she utterly alone now, she's also in danger; debris from that blast will be hitting the moon next, and depending on the size of the debris and the scale of the impacts, it'll wreak havoc on the moon too.
It's orbit is also going to be all out of whack too, not that'll make much of a difference considering it's already a barren world (unless Luna has some secret hidden shelter somewhere on the moon...I always wondered about that).

Well, if she gain back her power with the probable destruction of the elements of harmony, she can move the moon away from the debris. The problem is doesn't she really want to. Like you said, she will be really alone now. Maybe she will want reduce as much as possible this lonely life.

I hate to be the science nerd in all this, but if the earth exploded, even the planet in My Little Pony that the Sun and Moon seem to rotate around, the resulting explosion would send the moon hurtling through space until it collided with another planet. Either that or the blast would soon reach the moon and take its natural satellite with it.
Otherwise, nerding out of the way, this is a beautifully done piece of artwork. I love that you can see the reflection in her eyes and the sense of just sheer heart break in the final panel... really hits ya.
