Because of a bug, now I have three followers without any mods. I didn't have to leave Lydia for Serana.

Yeah, I can see Lydia up there.
I also had a bug, with my other character, when both Serana and Eola were following me, but when we entered that cave with moths, Eola left and when I met her back home (she's my steward) she still was as an active follower and couldn't be dismissed. But she didn't follow me either. She was just standing. Some obvious console commands didn't work, but after uncountable tries (I've even duplicated her 200 times
