It must have taken very long to paint that right? Sad its got so less fave's

You're so right, It took like three months to finish (I have kids) and the oil dries slowly and the turpintine stinks. But it was worth it. Thanks again... oh and I'm not really counting faves, although it's nice to get them.

Still life painting takes lots of time because it requires so much of detailing and finishing. But people usually appreciate abstract painting which is (I feel) quite easier and quicker.

That's why I'm now concentrating on color pencil work because painting, sadly, takes up too much time and space and I'm no good at digital stuff... or too old. Ha Ha.
