Hmmm. I'd put the turtles a teensy bit closer to the same height (like, Mike only comes up to Raph's shoulder here, which seems a little odd to me after seeing them closer in height in the show), but I do like having the variations. And I've always pictured Raph slightly beefier than the others too....
It's not Mona Lisa, is it? She's the only female 80's toon mutant I remember, but then, I didn't see much of it.

I think that Leo needs to be a bit more muscular. The other boys look like wimps compared to Raph.

Wow! You really updated your designs! I love beefy raph and lanky donny :3 I KNOW WHO THE BIG CHICK IS
One small critique I would give is to watch the alignment of the knees. With the way mikey, leo, and don are standing, the knees would be at the same level. Also, try making leo's left leg and foot face forward so he looks a little more balanced. Other than those minor details, LOVE.

Since this is merely a very basic sketch I cant really offer much of critique, but the things I id notice that Leo's feel are facing the opposite direction a bit too much; his stance reminds me of Charlie Chaplin 
I like the beef you added on Raph, but I cant say much till you add his arms, and you may want to add just a bit of detail to the ankles to show how they handle the massive weight of those muscles. Leo and Don are lanky and wouldn't need much detail, but I feel Raph might need just a bit.
Venus, however, Leo or Don had better tap that before someone else beats them to it~
