How to do that in a photoshop?

Still newbie in photoshop... lazy to watch full tutorial and only makes me sleep. haha..

It's hard to explore without coincidence. I just based through it.

Now I need to know that at least few key concept points

Oh, Thank you! I'm flattered. Actually I'm a PS newbee, too. I just learned this from those tutorials for these pictures.

Here are some,I think, key points when I was working on it.
It's not so hard as it looks like.

1.
You need to collect some images, materials of all kinds of "water splash","drops" (white background is better)
Or you can find some photoshop brushes related.(If you use brushes then jump to step 3.)

2.
Open the collected water pictures you want to use in PS.
Click the "Channel" tag.
Choose "Red Channel"(because "Red Channel" provides more details)
Hold "ctrl" and click the thumbnail in red channel.(You'll see the finger cursor changed,then click)
Then you'll see there's some selected zone appeared on the picture.
But it's reverse, so right click and choose "inverse".

Then drag the select part into the picture which you want to add the water effect to.(If you like colored water or drops, then choose the "RGB Channel" first, then drag it in. Otherwise, those water will be gray before you do the step 3.)

3.
Click "layer" tag to change the blending mode from "normal" to "overlay" (the tutorial said to choose "overlay", but I prefer to use "hard light". Whatever, just keep trying.)

4.Adjust the size or shape if you need.

5.
It's not a necessary step, but I think it can make the water look more...emm proper. You can try it then you will understand.

In all, you just keep trying those options and look how the effect changes till you are satisfied.

Btw "Blending Mode" is an important point if you want to add something.

I made some test based on your key points and it works!

Now I see, Blending Mode. Only I know too, Channel for coloring effect could do.

It's not poor, your English is still at common state. Very well
