I think this is my favourite of you artworks, this somewhat has a lot from Renoir or Manet, specially on the light, but also has a soft touch of Vermeer in it, and this is incredibly difficult to paint. A magnificent artwork, the manners and position of the character are wonderfully done, the perspective is perfectly painted and the hands positioning are worthy of praise. I really like you artwork so I'll become a watcher of you gallery, eagerly waiting more from you, as good are you skills. Thanks for sharing this. Also it has the privacy feel, a introspection worthy of Vermeer or a flemish painter.
Amazingly the books on the floor are about Monet, Hopper, Vermeer, Rembrandt, the painters I thought have influenced your art since I saw your conversion of Sain Paul (Masterwork) and this one!
