Mostly because this is a roleplaying game where we play villains who are trying to defeat the aliens that have killed all the heroes and taken over the world. She's based on a good character concept I had, I just twisted her around to be an insane activist type with inspiration from Batman villains.

If science has taught us anything, it's that it's never too late to save an extinct species. So long as there's remote islands and billions in misappropriated funds...
My villain, for one, is all for a world where humans fear being eaten on a regular basis. People who aren't being eaten rarely turn to millenia old undead for help.
