yeah he does, and we like seeing others take advantage of his awkward gentleness! the big lunk! and may I add, I almost knocked my table over when I saw this! from underneath... if you get my drift!
Ratchet looks so lusty and poor Skyfire looks half between lust and "OMGWTF!" and all the dripping potions and stuff and the tension of his wings (not to mention the moisture about their mouths is just "UNF" so sexy! But I can totally see Ratchet getting this ... impatient to get at Skyfire because he stays so darned unintentionally aloof until the other one vying for his attention is almost driven crazy! (look what he did to Starscream in your story )
needless to say, I love this, its hot and pretty and I am glad you posted it! It was refreshing!! ^^

LOL I hope the table isn't hurt too much! Well, I've always thought Skyfire is such a vulnerable character when NOT in battle (after seeing him dogfighting and wrestling, I would never want to really piss him off, thank you very much)...but he is almost always the top when I come across a fanfic of him. Looking at his size, it's understandable - heck, I also crave for him topping Ratchet someday - but I really want to see him being blushy and timid all the while so...yeah. Truth to be told, this started out as a IDW-headed Skyfire...which then insists to have glasses on...which then somehow got skewed when sketching it...which then leads to Ratchet in the picture causing the skewing. LOL, my head is really twisted!
You would get that lusty too if you saw Skyfire and his glasses

well ther table was split in two so I had to use band aides to hold it together again! but it is fine now!
hmmm, unless I am really forgetting something, or I missed something I only remember Skyfire engaging in actual physical combat 1 time and that is when he flung Megatron! LOL!! Which is absolutely hilarious! I don't think Megatron was expecting that! However you can tell Skyfire has that snappy sassy side when he goads the enemy, but to me he sounds weird doing that! Just watching him foing all mighty Megatron with brute force is good enough to get the job done, he should not goad and if he does, keep it minimal... to me it just sounds weird when he says "Decepti-bumb" 
I have written it both ways with those two. Ratchet starts off owning Skyfire but then Skyfire ends up topping him, I wrote another one where Skyfire starts to top Ratchet but then Ratchet takes over completely and won't let Skyfire participate XD but I haven't finished it.
And yeah, somehow the glasses make him look so cute and molestable! Actually I like the way glasses lol on Megatron (and I have seen them on Starscream) too! OH and Prowl! which is just Squeee for me!! 
Well I think that is not fail! I think that is hot! there is such a thing as open mouth kissing, and that is certainly what they are doing!!
Although I like both ways, I do prefer Skyfire being the shy submissive (hard nut to crack) type but when he does he is ravenous!
And yeah of course I would get lusty if I did! I get lusty without them sooooo....
