There are many who seek power, be it through wealth, influence or physical strength. They bicker and fight over this crude want, believing it can only be obtained through mortal means. The wiser ones know that true power lies beyond our realm, past a veil our eyes and minds cannot penetrate. Call out to those beyond, and you may find yourself in the presence of a god. Of the many warped abominations, there is one whose name is known. Those who get their hands on these ancient scraps and maddened scribbles will be able to summon them to our world. Perform the ritual, bring an offering of blood and teeth, scream their name to the heavens so that you may bask in their presence. From the other side comes the Altar of Enamel, the Ivory Lord, the Master of Mastication. Though powerful beyond our wildest dreams, one may bargain with them for a mere shred of this vast potential. Gifts of teeth can win their favor, and in return, the Altar shall bless you with...teeth. It matters not what size or form they take, any tooth is possible for the grand Altar. They can give you loose teeth or can cause them to grow from anywhere on your flesh if you so wish. They can give you brilliant white smile, on any part of your body! Or how about specialized teeth? There is no enemy or issue in this world that cannot be cracked with the right tooth shape! Seeking fortune? Then special teeth that allow you to efficiently hunt and eat money are what you need! How about being famous? A triple row set up of fame-filtering teeth will rocket you to stardom in no time! If you got a problem, they have a tooth!

Unfortunately, summoning this entity is a bit difficult, as many of their texts and scrolls have been destroyed. Many are quick to blame the churches and do-gooders for such vandalism, but further inspection has found that even cults and other cruel societies have burned these tomes. Many are quick to assume that the entity tied to these words is too powerful to be trifled with, so their texts have to be destroyed for the sake of all creation. Rumors say differently, though. They speak of elaborate ceremonies that fizzle into disappointment, of great wishes turned to piles of random teeth. It may be that these texts are burned because they aren't really worth that much.

Also freaking Halloween is tomorrow and I still have a ton of stuff that I was planning on posting during this spooky month. Whoops! Well, it looks like I will be posting monsters and horrors well past Halloween, that will be an odd change of pace!
