Description Cyclos belongs to the Slime Hag species, a jawless amphibious race. As a male member of the species, he is very large and lacks the dexterity of the female counterparts. To make up for the lack of basic arms, his gender has retractable oral tentacles that can act like grabbers. These tendrils are coiled up in internal pouches, and can be fired off to snare prey. They are also used to handle objects and pull food into their mouths. The males also have multiple, tiny legs lining their serpentine form. These are used for anchoring and stabilization, keeping them rooted in place as they lunge forward, whip their tails or launch their mouth tendrils. Like the females of the species, males can fire large amounts of slime from their nostril, which is used for capturing prey. This glue-like substance can be sprayed in gobs or streams, whichever is most useful for pinning down a meal.

Cyclos is married to his wife, Agatha, who is a full-time witch. He dwells in a chamber below her cave, away so his massive body does not knock over her shelves or disrupt her work. This is not banishment or exile, as it is just a living arrangement that they agreed upon. His chamber can be accessed by a dumbwaiter from above, which is used to send down captured foes, or for Agatha to come down and see him. Victims that are sent down are seized and devoured, sucked down his toothy throat. Lacking jaws, he does not damage the bones of the victim, which are vomited up in a gooey pile. These are sent back up to Agatha, who uses them to create Slime Golems. If no intruders come, Agatha will send down captured wildlife to feed him. Cyclos' chamber has a backdoor as well, a stony chute that connects with the outside world. This he rarely uses, only when he wants to hunt or when he needs to get to Agatha's chambers to aid her. When sleeping, he will always position himself in front of the small tunnel so no intruders get in without his knowing.

As a male of the species, Cyclos has a slightly reduced intelligence compared to Agatha. He cannot speak like her and overly complicated things puzzle him. But this does not mean he is a dumb beast. He understands speech and can act like much like a normal being, though he is a little clumsier and awkward. This social interaction is mainly with his wife, whom he loves dearly. When in their different chambers, Cyclos will frequently send a tendril up through the holes in the floor to lend a hand or comfort her if need be. He knows how to calm her down when she is stressed and is apparently quite the love poet (Though only she can understand him). He can stick his head through the connecting elevator shaft in order to check in on her, though it is a tight fit. Many times he has found her asleep at the cauldron, and has taken her in his arms and carried her to bed. The two enjoy their time together when Agatha is not working on potions, which usually involves them hanging in his chambers or the occasional walk outside. Cyclos is very protective of his wife, and anyone who tries to harm her will have to face him.

Though he is rather simple in design, I have always had the hardest time nailing down how I wanted him to look.

so how big are the Slime Hags?, the monstrous look of their heads make me think they would be massive hagfish.

The males of the species are much larger than the females, with full grown males being about fifty feet long and with the head the size of a truck. The females are smaller, with them being more the size of a human, though their length is longer due to the tail.
