Description
Kan'Tor was one of the seven titans created by the Gods to help build their domain and rule the mortal worlds. Their immense size and power was originally used to destroy the cities and armies of the Gods Of Dawn, a task that lasted many decades to complete. With the Gods of Dawn banished, their remaining creations and species fell to the might of the Titans and faced utter annihilation. Before their task was complete, one surviving species (falsely) warned the Titans of the new Gods, claiming that the Gods would take away their power and worlds when the job was completed. With such poisonous thoughts in their heads, they became convinced that the Gods would cheat them and give them nothing after their many years of service. Realizing the Gods were too strong to take on at the time, they continued their efforts and waited for the right moment. With the help of a traitorous Svlranix, they kept tabs on the Gods and their disputes, taking note in their quarrels and fights. At last, a time came when each God of the pantheon stood apart from each other, torn over a dispute of territory and power. The Titans struck at this time, taking out major cities and destroying sacred temples to further weaken the Gods. Planets fell to their power and the Titans claimed them and ruled over them with a harsh hand. Unfortunately, they failed to realize how such an event would unite the Gods with a common cause. With their followers and worlds in danger over this new threat, the Gods put aside their differences and retaliated with brute force. Though large and strong, the power of the Titans could not match against the united strength of the Gods. Broken and defeated, the Titans were turned to stone and buried deep into the earth, forced to remain in slumber for centuries to come.Kan'Tor's main weapon was his spiked maw and sturdy body. His method of attack was barreling through structures and foes, impaling and grinding enemies with his teeth as he ran. Along with this, his teeth could conduct electricity, and he often used this power to launch destructive bolts of lightening or buildup a charge and stun larger foes when he jabbed them with his teeth. Lacking arms, he used kicks and stomps when in close combat. His tail could be used as a third leg for stability, or to help him up when he falls. It also is an indicator for when he will charge, as it will whip around in a frenzy moments before he plows into things.
Kan'Tor is perhaps the least intelligent out of all the Titans, as he does not talk often and usually has the demeanor of an angry child. Some believe that this goes along with the fact that he has striking similarities to the elder god Ka'Ran'Koth, especially since the Titan has lightening powers just like the god. Some say that Kan'Tor was a failed attempt at a son, having turned out with a bizarre body and half a mind. They say that the Titans were originally to be six, but the botched creation had the elder god dump the creature into the ranks of the Titans, looking to forget his mistake. Others argue that this cannot be true, as Kan'Tor does not have the immense healing factor or other abilities that the Gods possess. Either way, it remains debatable.
Kan'Tor was defeated and petrified with the rest of his brethren when the rebellion failed. His strength and lightening proved useless when he was forced to face Ka'Ran'Koth one on one. His bolts of electricity only charged the elder god, and he was soon pummeled and beaten to a pulp. If indeed this being was the son of Ka'Ran'Koth, no mercy was shown.
