When mages who specialize in poisons and venom succumb to Mancer Syndrome, their humanity is lost. What thoughts and dreams they might have had are consumed by the desires of their infected mana. What results from this transformation is something no longer human, a wet, slithering creature seeking to poison the world around it. In some cases, it may cling to a humanoid shape, a familiar form it may no longer understand. In other instances, Venomancers may take on the forms of other venomous animals, finding kinship with these deadly creatures. Perhaps it is only fitting, that one who has lost their humanity shall take on the visage of the beast, as they are nothing more than that.
