i fancy this one too. the arms and torso have a nice sense of weight, but the legs look like they are floating

ah man, yer right, it frickin does floaty legs. hmmm... as i recall he was leaning back with his left hand and ankle interlocked behind his back, which would push more weight on the right knee and side of the right foot. Could be a wee thicker line 'pon the knee could have appended. Crit appreciated as ever G

it's back there earlier on in the gallery. i have like the series of martin life drawings then i have one of the female model we had once that was life drawing 01 i think, this guy cause i could not recall his name became life drawing 02... and so on. Thanks for the comment, i do like the whole letting the charcoal wander arounnd sketching ou the contours of the body out.
