Ready..

*PANG*!
Man, I wish I was as good as this. Even though it's a quick sketch, it's no probmle to see how good you're with anatomy.

Hehe, well, everybody starts out like that: Totally crappy. But yeah, it takes practice. Skill comes in time.
But man, hands and feet.. Phew, that's hard most of the times. One of the things I hope to get better at soon. In this sketch, it's already awesome. ^^

well, man, all ya gotta do is really look at what you're drawing and try to follow yer instincts. of course they won't always be right but soon you'll come to rely on them as they develop alongside your draftsmanship. It can be refreshing to just use a medium you haven't used much or that you are a bit awkward with, sometimes drawing blind aswell, without looking at the page. The best thing is to try and make it interesting for you, if you feel bored with the pose or such it will show in the drawing but if not then your enthusiasm will show through, despite any aesthetic flaws

Yeah, I know. The way you feel about what you draw definetly shows.
I've tried drawing in blind. That's hard! But only tried it as a kind of "warm up", though.
And about mediums, I've tried many different, but usually I draw comic style pics(or comics, for that matter), so it's hard to use things like charcoal(unless it's non ink) or pastels, and painting takes too much time.

It's really just a matter of perseveering with it and ya'll get what you put in back in spades, trying to not get stuck in a design or drawing rut helps to keep your drawing vital and energetic, and what you learn outside of your comic style will come back in and reinforce the comic sketches

Yeah, all I learn will affect whatever I do, so to say. ^^
