i was actually surprised about how cohesive it came out, setup wise, i mean and that's even before it's gone through yourself and Louise's mindscapes. i'm even getting wee ideas in my head now after seein you're design and how we could correlate it so that from each character's viewpoint the "enemy" appears evil and they themselves appear "good". I mentioned the whole four part type thing were we each handle a certain aspect of the story, one from the religious sects perspective another from the scarecrows, another from the gravediggers and then finally from the monkey and monk view or wahtever way it finally ends up. conceptually we could use your design of the digger for the sects viewpoint bit, thereby the diggers appear evil and my design for the gravedigger perspective thereby humanising them. oh celebrations.

yeah we were saying today to get the different versions of the characters from us all, that way we can kinda steer the thing a bit better, make adjustments to suit each style and what not. I'll maul you're grave digger in the next few days and get a version back to you
