this here broad, she be damifying those there asphalts with a kinda scratchy look to them, see.kinda experimenting with a style colour thing, design kinda Humberto Ramos maybe, though unreferenced.

Interesting. How did you create this exactly? drawn, scanned in and added textures in Photoshop? I've been wanting to do more mixed media or at least a grundgy look.

thanks lisa. yeah, i drew the dame out with a cheap biro fist then scanned it into photoshop. coloured it there, then it occurred to me how long its been since i did something resembling abackground, so squiggled a kinda street thing, then i layered up the colours on top of each other and duplicated them adding a filter to them; aged film. it's quite cheap lookin sometimes but m'eh. then used the magic wand tool to select the white bit just randomly and then deleted it so you're left with this textury quality in splatters on top of the original image.
