I've seen from my travels through dAmn and DA recently that a lot of people are having trouble grasping the simplicity of the new message center.It's REALLY not that difficult. But if you need some help, this tutorial covers the main features of the new message center, and some common problems that users have faced.
I hope by reading this, you'll get more out of using your new message center.

A lot of the info was fairly beginner, but with all the stuff people need to take in sometimes it's the simple stuff that gets lost.

This is a great tutorial. Although I know just about everything on here, it makes me feel that I learned something by just reading the tutorial. This piece certainly deserves to have a daily deviation, as it has helped a lot of people and will help more people in the future. Again, great job.

I can't believe that people are confused in using it. o.O
I was surprised when the big change suddenly occurred but then I was really happy that they made it so much fun and easier. (yeah, me luvs dragging and dropping stuff 
The only problem I had with this new version is that I wasn't able to open it before, if I can, I can't access my messages.. it drove me nuts for almost a month or two.

When I get my new parts (another hard drive) i'm going to use Ubuntu as my primary Operating System.

This is clearly written, so some of the mysteries should be not so bad for those who aren't like so many of us. We click and watch what happens. If the desired result doesn't come about, we click something else. LOL
My only dismay about the new design is that I don't get a number by the 'Messages', 'Comments', 'Replies'. I can manage though.

Thanks. I'm familiar with the hunt-and-peck operation of computer use; my Mom uses that all the time.

Well, I'm not that illiterate. Sorry, you hit a nerve. LOL I taught computer literacy up until last year. I find that most all of us learn to do the things we wish our computers to do, and don't fret about the rest that we will never need to do. I say, "Give me a manual and I'll figure this baby out."

Question 4 was very useful though, I normally leave my message center open for a while until I'm sure it would've updated, but I never noticed that tooltip! Thanks for that, and congrats on the DD
