Oh my... I certailnly did -not- want to draw this. I only wanted to toy around with my Quick Cloud BG Tutorial , add some rain, maybe a rainbow and... OK, a little diving dragon. ...Little meant 7 hours of work. *clicks teeth*
Started out as a messy sketch I was lazy to complete so I settled on painting. The arms came out at weirg angles, so I added a sword into the most twisted one.
Anywayz... *sigh* Enjoy it for me, please, I'm too exhausted to do so.
Adobe Photoshop 7, Genius Tablet, said 7 hours.
Please, ppl, comment... makes me feel... *glances at the Serial Killer* ... better?

Actually, tha hardest thing to draw was the hand holding that sword-thing; this pose ain't all that bad 'cause I draw -like- 50% of the body, and if you look right, the perspective either makes a body part vanish or displays it normally, without the usual distortion.)

It is stunning! How did you do the rain? painted or also an effect like the clouds!
I'd probably add a bit more shading (or even the current shading a bit) to where the arm with the sword joins the bosy (cos it kinda seems like its attached differently to the other 1, for some reason).
But the perspective is stunning!

Hmm, the rain is also an effect. Goes like this (just Adobe photoshop 7 keyboard shortcuts, 'cause I'm too lazy to describe stuff properly):
1: D
2: Ctrl+Backspace
3: Filter/Noise/Add noise
4: Filter/Blur/Blur (1-3 times)
5: Shift FG/BG color
6: Select/Color Range
7: Ctrl+Shift+I, Delete
8: Filter/Blur/Radial Blur set to "Zoom" mode
9: Done.
Shading - I know, I said the arms came out at weird angles
