QuasitAn itty bitty little demon. It can turn into a wolf, so you have to watch out for that.

this is so far removed from the original impish thingy in the V.3.5 MM that I had to take about two minutes to remember what a Quasit was.
AWESOME interpretation, there isn't a single thing on this that I don't love.
