Skin shading is the hardest one >.< it's pretty hard to get a good result

Hair coloring is my favorite one, though I'm not good enough at it

I get what you mean. I love shading the hair, but I always fail at shading the skin.

Shading the hair is pretty easy. You start with the darkest color at the top of the head and the end of the strands, and you gradually color with lighter color pencils. Add some highlights near forehead-level, and it should be okay.
