Ghfbscsdghh ;; This has been sitting unfinished on my comp for a while now. I've been having art block all weekend and can't seem to draw anything new, so I decided to finish it. Of course now that I have, ideas for other characters are popping up that I can't draw right now. xD;; Ah, well.

As humans, I picture the Zoni being more of a cult, with Orvus as their leader. They have the collective power to alter time as they please, and once one joined the cult, they would gain this ability by drawing power from The Clock and Orvus. Because of the self control and responsibility required, Orvus chooses each of the many members personally.

He also chose Sigmund, but not to join the cult -- to be his Juinior Caretaker. Sigmund can tap into the cult's power as he pleases, but he's not considered to be an actual member of the Zoni.
