It's Johnny C. from JTHM (Johnny The Homicidal Maniac) by Jhonen Vasquez (same guy who made Invader Zim) ...um..well i guess it's kinda making fun of God...you should read the comic for a better understanding why he's percived by Jhonen like that >.> or look it up online ^.^

lazy is my middle name,lol but yea i wouldn't worry about offending anyone on DA, afterall everybody has different opinions about everything, especially religion, all that matters is that it was a pretty cool piece of artwork.
