tried out a new shading technique, please let me know if you like it
yep, this is another chibi of moi, along with the sword of my dreams 
it iz shinieee 
beware of the awesome japanese writing
I got carried away with it but had so much fun ^^ oh and the pic only took me two hours...wheee!

simple. sketchy but clean. a unique blend of both worlds like east meeting west.

I have her leaning to the right because she's relying on the weight of the sword to hold her upright.

that's alright. she still looks wonderful anyway! i REALLy LOVE this chibi style soo much! just be careful of what japanese words you use. if you're not careful you might end up having the word "buttcrack" or something like that in one of your backgrounds without knowing it! XP hee hee

thanks! I used a couple of different photoshop brushes (one that looks like this --> * ) in the color dodge mode. that was one of my favorite parts of the pic too, so thanks!

Awesome. It looks like some kind of westernised chibi. Certainly not the cookie-cutter Japanese art stylings I've seen a lot of around here. The background's a great touch too.
