phone guy is one of the purple guys but he was under jon's influence

he was stuffed into bonnie that's why all the killers look purple

all of fnaf 3 was his nightmare (so everything's weird and jumbled), caused by fawn because she wanted him to set fazbear's fright on fire

which he did

except in the bad ending in which it backfired and jon got rid of him bc he was a threat
