Rinoa Heartilly Make-up tutorial!Step 1.- Apply first a foundation of your skin tone. Then, If you have one, apply a primer for eyes only.
Rinoa has sooo big and black eyebrows, so, If you don't have them quite thick, use a black pencil for eyebrows!
Step 2.- Apply a thick line with black eyeliner on the upper lashline, from the inside to outside.
Step 3.- Add the eyeliner also on the lower line
Step 4.- Now, with a black pencil, remark the eyeliner lines. This will make the eyes more deep and black! So, If you have green eyes like me, use this step. But If you have black eyes, It's ok also only the 3rd step!
Step 5.- I don't like to use fake eyelashes for Rinoa, so, in this case I help my lashes with a eyelash curler. Don't worry, It's easy to use!
Step 6.- In this pics I've seen a ghost and I was scared. *jokin'* xDD Add mascara on the upper and lower line. Two times If necessary.
To complete the make up I use always a pink lipgloss and a pink blush for cheeks. Rinoa has a sooo lovely cheeks!

Rinoa wears make up^^ she has black Eyeliner for sure. Not black on The lower line, But as I've already said, I've green eyes, so I need a darker make up for Rinoa^^ So, this Is MY make up for Rinoa ^_^

I have to agree... the heavy black is a bit much for Rinoa. Not saying it's wrong, but for an innocent baby face character like Rinoa, all the black makes her seem evil.

Unico consiglio, io scurisco molto la linea sotto perchè avendo gli occhi chiari risulterebbero poi troppo poco neri, se tu li hai scuri alleggeriscila di molto! >w< Di sicuro sarai stupenda e per niente emo!! xD

I like the eyebrows but I feel like you have too much eyeliner on for Rinoa - the top lid is fine, but the bottom/inner lid should be a lot thinner. If you were going for a more masculine or Egyptian look, I'd say you have it pat down! But its a bit heavy.

Mi trovo con tutte le fasi, con la differenza che sotto non metto molta matita/eye-liner XD Da un'analisi attenta e accurata (???) degli screenshots del ballo, Rinoa ha a stento un po' di matita marrone sotto, o un leggero filino di matita nera xD Ma giustamente hai gli occhi verdi e vuoi scurirli il più possibile u.u Vabbè basta, mi fermo qui, anche perchè sto ricordando qualcuno che non voglio ricordare, per la sua pignoleria xD Ripeto che sei bellissima! Hai perfettamente ragione, ma con gli occhi chiari non posso fare altrimenti, per avere l'effetto "scuro"... diverse volte ho provato a marcare di meno la linea ma non ho ottentuto lo stesso effetto!! T_T

I think it looks slightly different in one because she's directly looking into her light source. That can do much to the eye color. ;>
