So I thought to myself, "Why don't we ever see those Italian plumbers in Italy?"Well, although I used Italian references for the background, it didn't end up looking too Italian. Luigi's enjoying a glass of wine or brandy or whatever, and Mario has his tiny cup of Venice java, which contains enough caffine to knock out the typical North American.

In a episode of super mario show cartoon they sayd that they are from venice, but they look like southern italians..you know with the black mustache and stuff...
