Description
I was down at the local pond this afternoon when a couple of kids on bikes managed to spook the pair of pelicans that were happily swimming around. They took off and circled around overhead for a bit before disappearing to the south.I snapped this as it flew over my head.

Oh nice capture of MY pelican! I was walking down there around that time this evening and both pelicans were there - I am unhappy that they got spooked, they are my friends
