"Translucent Skin"A hopeful touch,
greeted with a silent push,
the tension is delicious,
meet the dreaming "x"
its every porous desire revealed and consumed,
the surface longing of foreign flesh,
will trade coupled desires for countless connected threads and carefully collected feathers.
(cradle me in sleep,
the way risk eats that heart on my sleeve,
that heart that laughs at my hands,
the hands for which it beats.)

You have definitely influenced me as an artist as well. I love your use of overlapping textures to create an almost "translucent"

Extremely beautiful -- the emotion in her eyes is so powerful. And LOVE her makeup! I am so antsy around acrylics, I have yet to master the medium to the point where it looks as soft as oils. I just can't get over the airbrushed quality of her face in contrast to the beautiful abstract layers surrounding it. Inspiring!
